Q.     Who is FashionInMyCloset.blogspot.com?
FashionInMyCloset.blogspot.com is currently operated by 2 fashion enthusiastic girls who love to do lots of shopping.
Q.     How can I do my ordering?
Simply download the ordering form from our site and fill in the form and send it back to us.  We will mail you our banking account for payment.
Q.     Mode of Payment
You can bank into our account via:

Q.      How much are the shipping charges?
1.       Pos Laju
a.       Peninsular Malaysia = RM 6 (first 500g), RM 2 (next 250g)
b.      Sabah/Sarawak = RM 9 (first 500g) RM 3 (next 250g)
2.       Registered Postage
a.       Peninsular Malaysia = RM 4 (first 500g), RM 2 (next 250g)
b.      Sabah/Sarawak = RM 6 (first 500g), RM 3 (next 250g)
3.       Pos Express
a.       RM 4 per envelope (limited to 1 item only)

Q.     How long does it take to receive my parcel?
It usually takes about 7 days to arrive depending on the locations after confirmation. We will send you a confirmation SMS stating your parcel reference number and date of delivery.   You can track the parcel simply by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at 1300 300 300.  Do notify us about it & we will try our best to assist you.
We need your cooperation to ensure your shipping address to make the delivery easy.  As for us, we would try to avoid any delay or loss of products.  Thus, Otherwise, they will deposit the parcel at our nearest post office & you will have to collect it yourself.
Q.        Can I do Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
Yes, only if both parties agree to a meet-up spot & time. Do inform us earlier so that we can arrange a time depends on your availability. Common areas for COD are around Klang Valley (OUG, Sri Petaling, Kuchai Lama, Taman Desa)
Q.     I can't pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine
No worries! We will return you the balance into your parcel. 
For example, you suppose to pay us RM 38 but the bank's cash deposit machine only accepts RM 10 notes. Pay us RM 40 and we’ll return you RM2.

Q.      How do I know if the clothes fit me?
           Get a measuring tape and measure yourself.  Just if you need further              information, please do not hesitate to give us a call at 012 - 3335622 Selena
